fitandhappy was founded by Edinburgh based, female personal trainer and nutrition coach Julia McCabe.
She is motivated by helping as many women as possible to free themselves from yo-yo dieting and unhappy relationships with their bodies.
The fitandhappy approach combines exercise, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle advice to help women develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Sophie Sinclair, Personal Trainer and fitandhappy Boot Camp Coach
Sophie is a British Curling athlete who competes internationally and a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer. As an athlete Sophie knows a thing or two about how to achieve your goals.
Sophie grew up on Craigie's Farm just outside Edinburgh, and has always been passionate about the outdoors.
Sophie is a student, studying Business and Enterprise at Napier University.
Sophie coaches fitandhappy boot camps for women in Edinburgh Blackhall and in the Meadows in Edinburgh. She also works 1:1 with women throughout Edinburgh.
Jen McMahon, Personal Trainer and fitandhappy Boot Camp Coach
Jen is a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has background in psychology and has recently moved here from Ireland, to undertake her masters in occupational therapy at QMU.
Jen is an expert in mental well being and has experience working with a range of people to help them reach their individual goals including fitness and nutrition, mental health and special needs.
When not at uni or out coaching you can see her in the Meadows at gaelic football training or in the gym lifting weights.

Zoe Longford, fitandhappy Boot Camp Coach
Zoe is a fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Coach. She is passionate about empowering women to look after their bodies and feel good about themselves.
Zoe is a figure skater who competes internationally and an expert in stretching and flexibility. It's safe to say she is the bendiest of all fitandhappy coaches!
