Menopause Walks

Sometimes just knowing that you're not alone and chatting to others who understand what you're going through
can be life-changing.

fitandhappy and The Joshua Nolan Foundation are coming together to offer a FREE menopause walk on Sunday 3rd of March at 11am.

Come and join us for a walk in nature, chat with other women who are going through perimenopause and find out how to ease symptoms and have a happier menopause transition.

All body shapes and fitness levels are welcome. No experience required.

Meeting point is at the The Lodge Coffe House 69B Braid Rd, Edinburgh EH10 6JF. The walk will be 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Our walking group is led by fitandhappy founder Julia McCabe, certified personal trainer and menopause transition coach. Walking is an excellent way to manage menopause symptoms, boost mood, and improve overall well-being.
No experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.
