Wind down after work, relax, get strong and confident 

NHS Lothian Staff, come and join us for our Yoga Pilates Flow classes at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Morningside. 

Open to all ages, body shapes, and confidence levels, our reduced-rate NHS sessions are designed for everyone.

Yoga Pilates Flow - Wednesdays at 5.15pm until 6pm

  • Our Yoga Pilates Flow involves full-body movement designed to build strength, balance and flexibility. Each class is different so that you won’t get bored! You will feel happy and energised.
  • Everyone is welcome -  all ages, fitness levels, and body shapes, whether you’re a complete beginner or already do Yoga or Pilates.
  • This class is 45 minutes.

Meet us in the wellbeing suite at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital.

**Please note there is no class on Wednesday the 21st August**

Where and When

Wednesday 5.15pm Yoga Pilates Flow

All classes are 45 minutes.

Meet us in the wellbeing suite at The Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Morningside Pl, Edinburgh EH10 5HF.

The Wellbeing Suite is located in the Spiritual Care Corridor at Mackinnon House. 

You are welcome to join in at any time, no need to wait for the start of a new block. 

What to bring:

  • Clothes you feel comfortable moving in
  • Water bottle 
  • A yoga mat

fitandhappy yoga teacher Sarah

Meet Sarah, our Yoga and Pilates instructor

Sarah started her yoga journey many years ago, practising a variety of different styles of yoga, and discovering the power of Pilates along the way, too! 
She is a certified instructor in both yoga and Pilates, and in pre/postnatal exercise.
As well as teaching, Sarah works part-time in TV advertising. Having found a healthy balance in her own life, she loves to help others explore the life-changing benefits that a regular yoga and Pilates practice can bring - wherever they are on their own journey.
When Sarah isn’t on her yoga mat you'll find her on the Pentlands walking the dog, going for a run or racing around the mountain bike trails.

"I was worried when I first went as I'm a bit bigger and was very unfit. I really didn't need to as everyone is different shapes and sizes and has different levels of fitness. Can't recommend it highly enough."
