Our popular Colinton Boot Camp is held in Spylaw Park.

The meeting place is just inside the park near the Bridge Road entrance. Come and join the fun!

Our Autumn term is open for booking now and runs from Monday 25th October until Saturday 18th December.

The boot camps in Colinton are run by our lovely coaches Linda, Jemma and Iona.  They all also offer 1:1 Personal Training.

Colinton - Monday 25th October to Saturday 18th December - 8 week term

Classes are kept small and personalised, based on our personal training ethos, so they work for a wide range of fitness levels. All classes are 45 mins.

Boot Camp For Women in South - West Edinburgh

Spylaw Park, in Colinton, Edinburgh is convenient for Colinton, Bonaly and Juniper Green.

Our boot camps run in blocks, often in line with school terms, so you pay for a block of typically 4-6 weeks. You choose how many sessions to come to but we recommend 2 per week or more for optimum benefits.

We are flexible about attendance because we know life is not always regular or predictable - come any time, any day, any week in the block.
