Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based framework for eating rooted in self-care. It aims to create a peaceful relationship between food, your mind, and your body.
Our coaching is weight-neutral and free from judgement. It supports women in honouring their health by listening and responding to the messages of the body rather than following the rules set by the mainstream health and fitness industry. This approach is evidence-based and offers a way to heal your relationship with food.
We totally understand that you might be concerned about gaining weight. We live in a world that puts so much focus on weight. We can’t tell you what your body is going to do because intuitive eating will look different for everyone, as it is all about listening to your own body and what it needs. We will work through those fears; fears are all part of the process, and we just don’t want fear in the driver's seat. We will remind you that larger bodies are not unhealthy bodies and that whilst you are learning to eat intuitively, your weight may change, but the peaceful relationship you will create with food will be so much more important and empowering than what the scales say.
We recommend either the 8- or 12-week programme to really go beyond the basics, deepen your awareness, and build lasting habits.
Our four-week programme is really a Kickstarter into your intuitive eating journey, and the longer programmes provide the opportunity for in-depth change.
