Our Inverleith Park Boot Camp is normally held close to the tennis courts and Arboretum Place. Enter the park opposite the main entrance to the Botanic Garden/John Hope Gateway. The meeting place is just inside the park. When it's wet and muddy we are usually in the basketball court. Sessions are run by the lovely Amy.

Our new term is open for booking now. It starts on Monday 6th April and runs for 7 weeks until Saturday 23rd May. We've added a NEW 7.30am class three times a week. You can still book single sessions here.
When you book you'll be able to access online classes in all of our locations. That means a choice of classes over 6 days a week; every morning, one afternoon and three evenings. From the comfort of your living room. We will make sure all workouts can be done with little space. If you can do your workout outside, even better.
Classes are kept small and personalised, based on our personal training ethos, so they work for a wide range of fitness levels. All classes are 45 mins.
We are going through challenging times. Nobody knows what will happen over the coming weeks and months and as a small business we will continue our fitness sessions online whilst keeping everybody safe. We are committed to help you stay active and do something positive for your physical and mental wellbeing. Together, we can get through this!

Boot Camp For Women in North Edinburgh
Inverleith Park, in North Edinburgh is convenient for Stockbridge, Canonmills, Comely Bank, Warriston and Craigleith.
Going for a coffee after boot camp is popular, and we have a lovely coffee van right in the park!
Our boot camps run in blocks, often in line with school terms, so you pay for a block of typically 4-6 weeks. You choose how many sessions to come to but we recommend 2 (or 3 if you have time) for optimum benefits.
We are flexible about attendance because we know life is not always regular or predictable - come any time, any day, any week in the block.
